Our beehives are transferd to the slopes of semi-mountainous of Corinth and Laconia, where they gather nectar from the thyme flowers, creating a golden and sweet treasure.

Description
Thyme honey is of medium fluidity with therapeutic properties in the treatment of digestive and respiratory diseases. It contains magnesium, calcium, zinc and iron.

Due to its average natural carbohydrates and pollens content, it crystallizes within 6-18 months of the day collection.
